Chad Shearer has worked in the rope access industry for 20 years. He has experience in multiple industrial fields—working as a field technician, Level 3 supervisor, instructor, operations manager, training manager, and general manager. Chad is dedicated to the rope access industry, its customers, and the team he works with. Chad is a strong believer in the power of a positive thinking and positive work culture. He is proud to contribute to improved efficiency and delivery of quality services at the highest level of safety.
